Football Kult L.L.C Return Policy

At Football Kult L.L.C, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
• No returns or refund policy for any customized jersey  
• Any Customized unit cannot have Cash On delivery option ( to be developed from the backend) 

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@footballkult.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.
2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number.
3. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@footballkult.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• In case of defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
