Custom Football Kits for Five-a-Side Teams in Dubai: A Simple Guide

, by Football Kult, 2 min reading time

Planning matching shirts for your five-a-side or company team in Dubai? How to choose colours, names, numbers and badges, and how to order without the stress.

Five-a-side is everywhere in Dubai: weeknight games under the floodlights, company leagues, weekend tournaments. Turning up in matching shirts with your own names on the back changes how a team feels. Here is how to plan a custom kit that looks good, fits everyone and arrives on time.

1. Start with colour

Pick one main colour and one accent. Dark shirts hide sweat and dust from outdoor pitches; light shirts stay cooler in the Dubai heat during the warmer months. If you play in a league, check what the other teams wear so you are not swapping bibs every week. A second, contrasting set is worth it if you play often.

2. Decide what goes on the shirt

  • Names: real names, nicknames or a running team joke. Keep them short so they read well from a distance.
  • Numbers: agree them early. Two players always want the same one.
  • Badge: your own team crest makes a squad look like a club. Send it as a high-resolution file or a vector (PDF, SVG or AI).
  • Sponsor: company teams often add the company logo on the front. Ask the company first.

Avoid copying a professional club's crest or colours closely. Your own design is safer and more memorable.

3. Get the sizes right

Collect every player's size before you order. Share the size guide in your group chat and ask everyone to measure a shirt they already like. Order one or two spares for new signings and guests.

4. Plan the timing

Work back from your first game. Allow time to agree the design, collect sizes and payments, and for printing and delivery. Individual shirts are printed and dispatched the same day; for team orders, share your first match date when you ask for a quote and we will confirm the lead time once the design and size list are agreed.

5. Keep the print looking new

  • Wash inside out at 30°C.
  • Skip the tumble dryer.
  • Never iron directly on names, numbers or badges.

6. Order in one go

One person collecting names, numbers and sizes in a single spreadsheet saves days of back-and-forth. Send it to us with your badge file and we will send a mock-up and a quote.
